GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR STAYS IN COTTAGES AND GUEST ROOMS
These General Conditions are defined for stay reservations in Cottages and Guest Rooms at « Clos Saint Ange », 22980 Vildé-Guingalan, France. They are defining the reservation contract between the owner, Christelle Dehongher and the customer in Cottage or Guest Room.
Article 1 - Stay duration : the customer is renting one or several Rooms or Cottages for definite duration cannot take advantage in no way of any right for the preservation in places. .
Article 2 – Rates : Rates indicated on www.clossaintange.fr website are the only contractuals. Taxes are included on them.
Article 3 – Reservation Validation : Stays are only guaranteed by a deposit reception which is deductible to the bill at your arrival.
Deposits are cashed upon receipt
Deposits must be paid no longer than 5 days from the date of the reservation request.
Deposit is 30% of the total amount of the stay. The deposit payment can be made :
- by bank check (to Domaine du Clos Saint Ange) send to Clos Saint Ange 19 rue des templiers– 22980 Vildé-Guingalan.
- by bank transfer without fee (faster for guaranteed reservation / check with your bank for fees).
It is only after the cashing of your deposit that your reservation will be firm.
The payment of a deposit implies the acceptance of these general conditions of the Guest Room / Cottage. A confirmation will be sent by mail or by email (detailing all the options chosen) which needs to be send back, signed and with the deposit joined.
Article 4 - Cancelation by the customer : any cancellation must be notified to the owner by e-mail or by any other possible way.
Cancelation before the beginning of the stay :
- If cancellation intervenes more than 15 days before the beginning of the stay, your deposit
will be refund.
- If cancellation intervenes less than 15 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit
remains acquired to the owner.
If the customer does not show himself or does not contact the owner before 7 pm the day planned by the beginning of stay, the present contract becomes null and the owner can dispose of his guest houses. The deposit remains acquired to the owner who reserves the right to demand the balance of the price of the stay.
In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains entirely acquired to the owner. The not consummate additional services will be paid off.
Article 5 - cancellation by the owner : when before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, for reasons beyond his control, he has to inform the customer as fast as possible by phone or email. This one will be immediately paid off paid sums.
Article 6 - Arrival time : the customer has to appear the specified day and at the hours mentioned on the present contract. Bedrooms are available after 5PM. In case of arrival after 7PM, please warn the owner. Cottages are available after 4PM. In case of arrival after 7PM, please warn the owner.
Article 7 - Departure Time : The departure from Rooms and Cottages must be done before 11AM.
Article 8 - payment of the balance: the balance indicated in the present contract is to be settled at the beginning of the stay. It can be paid by cash or by check.
The additional services not mentioned on the present contract are to be settled before the departure.
Article 9 - tourist tax: the tourist tax is a local tax which the customer has to acquit with the owner who puts back it then in the Treasury.
Article 10 - Room switch: Without the client being able to claim any compensation, the operator reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer by a room of the same or higher capacity. In such a case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Article 11 - Capacity: the present contract is established for a number of persons. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is capable of refusing the additional persons.
This refusal can be considered on no account as a modification or a breach of contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in case of customers' departure upper to those refused, no refund can be envisaged.
Article 12 – Breakfast and Host Table : Breakfast is served between 8AM to 10AM in aeras Le petit déjeuner est servi de 8 h 00 à 10 h 00 dans les espaces provided to this purpose. Dinner is served in the living room at 7:30PM for all of our guests.
Article 13 - Pets : For hygienic reasons and for out hosts tranquility, pets are not accepted in « Clos Saint Ange ».
In case of non compliance with this clause by the customer, the owner can refuse animals.
This refusal can be considered on no account as a modification or a breach of contract on the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be envisaged.
Article 14 - Art of living and use of premises :
Respect a certain lifestyle is charged to the tenant to ensure the tranquility of the place and comfort of hosts. In another, « Clos Saint Ange » is a non-smoking area, with the exception of the outdoor courtyard. The customer agrees to respect the guidelines of good manners appearing in the rooms and in these present general conditions. Children living on the property are under the sole responsibility of their parents.
Article 15 - present General Conditions are modifiable at any time without any notice. Acceptance and compliance with these General Conditions are considered acquired upon payment of deposit.
Article 16 - according to the law “loi du 6 janvier 1978”, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. Guest house « Le Clos Saint Ange» undertakes not to transmit the information you have given it to other companies or organizations.
Article 17 - Be careful :
Conditions, prices and offers are not contractual and can be modified without notice.
